– Most Reverend David A. Zubik
The LADIES OF CHARITY are homemakers, teachers, professionals, retirees, widows . . . All catholic women, all of different ages. Our common thread is our willingness to see Christ in our fellow man and a desire to serve those IN NEED.
We have made a commitment to "serve rather than be served." We are dedicated to help the elderly, assist families in distress, feed the hungry, clothe the needy and sponsor several yearly projects in the parish to fulfill our goal.
We aim to provide corporal as well as spiritual nourishment and to be where there is a need. Our mission is to carry on the work of St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac in a spirit of humility, simplicity and charity.
Request for membership is accepted by invitation from an active member, recommendation by the spiritual moderator, or by written application to the president. Contact 724-225-1425 for more information
