Knights of Columbus Founders Day
The Knights of Columbus Council #5826 will commemorate the 141st anniversary of the founding of the Knights of Columbus on Wednesday, March 29th in Drexel Hall.

The evening will begin with the prayer of the Rosary at 6:30 in the Saint Katharine Drexel Chapel in Drexel Hall, followed by a meager meal and a viewing of the video: The Life of Blessed Father McGivney. A brief meeting will be held after the movie.

Blessed Father Michael J. McGivney founded the Knights of Columbus on March 29th,1882 when the first council and charter were issued to the Knights of Columbus at Saint Mary's Parish in New Haven,CT. The council continues to be active at Saint Mary's.
